STUDIO & PRE-SALES MANAGER - SWEATHOUZ RESTON
Position Overview:
SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise business globally. With 30 open locations nationwide and over 300 licenses sold, we're revolutionizing wellness through contrast therapy at our luxurious private suites. We're seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our Reston location and play a key role in our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Player/Coach Mentality: Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model, welcome prospective clients, provide premium experiences, and convert them into members
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales associates to exceed monthly targets while ensuring exceptional customer service
Maintain Studio Excellence: Oversee studio cleanliness and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience
Community Engagement: Build local relationships through networking and grassroots marketing initiatives
Collaborative Leadership: Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance metrics and develop actionable plans
Performance Metrics:
Achieve and surpass monthly new member goals
Meet or exceed revenue targets
Maintain positive secret shopper visit scores
Maintain exceptional NPS (net promoter score)
Drive team performance and studio growth

Requirements:
2+ years in sales
1+ year in management
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $60,000
Performance-based bonuses
