A Place At Home – Reston is a locally owned, nurse-practitioner-led home care agency serving Reston, Herndon, Sterling, Ashburn, Chantilly, Fairfax, and Loudoun County. We help older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged at home through personalized care and trusted caregiver support.

Our services include personal care, companionship, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, medication reminders, mobility and fall-risk support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, care coordination, and senior living placement guidance. Every care plan is tailored to the individual—because no two families, and no two aging journeys, are the same.
