About Us

Food For Neighbors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tackling food insecurity among Northern Virginia teens. We collect food, toiletries and monetary donations and partner with middle & high schools to establish in-school pantries and food distribution programs so students won’t go hungry during school or over weekends/holidays. Our support comes from local donors, volunteers and businesses who are making a difference in their community. Food For Neighbors is currently partnering with 46 public schools across Loudoun, Fairfax, and Arlington counties, and this number continues to grow. The schools we partner with attest to the positive impact our programs are having on their students.
