Founded in May 2015 by Andrew B. Hall, PSP, ISP, PSC, SAPPC, SPIPC, SFPC, Owner and Managing Member, HLM Associates, LLC is a veteran-owned business headquartered in Virginia.

HLM Associates is a Cleared Defense Contractor specializing in the provision of National Industrial Security Program (NISP) managed security services and ICD 705 training, implementation, and operational program management spanning the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Civilian Agencies, and the Private Sector Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
