Purple Squirrel Enterprises (PSE) is a Northern Virginia–based human resources and talent acquisition firm providing fractional, on-demand HR and recruiting support to high-growth companies. Founded nearly 20 years ago by industry veteran Kathe Yamagata, PSE was built on the belief that successful organizations are created by people—and that HR and hiring should be both strategic and human-centered.
